Michel Lacroix has over three decades of expertise in the mining industry. He has held several supervisory positions and has provided effective leadership throughout his career. Michel has a deep understanding of process plant operations, and he is well-versed in optimizing mill circuits. He is also a certified Train-the-Trainer and holds multiple specialty modules.

Michel rejoined the Northern Sun Mining Team in 2014 after having been employed with Liberty Mines (formerly known as) from 2007-2012. Michel currently serves as the Operations General Foreman, providing expert guidance and leadership in daily operations. His dedication and commitment to excellence have enabled him to make significant contributions to the company’s growth and development.
