Sarah Marazzo is a Human Resources Professional with over 8 years of experience in the mining industry. She earned an Ontario College advanced diploma in Business Administration, specializing in Human Resources Management from Northern College in Timmins, Ontario. Originally from the north, Sarah is proud to have established her career in the same region.

Throughout her career, Sarah has developed expertise in various aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment, compliance, benefits, and payroll. She is known for her ability to navigate complex compliance requirements and ensure that organizational policies align with regulatory standards.

In addition to her Human Resources role, Sarah also provides support in accounting and purchasing. Her multidisciplinary skills and experience have enabled her to take on a diverse range of responsibilities and contribute to the success of the organization.

Sarah joined the Northern Sun Mining team in 2014 in the role of Human Resources Coordinator.
